Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist located in Hyderabad. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing and creating individualized therapy plans for children, focusing on developmental and rehabilitative needs. Responsibilities include planning and implementing therapeutic exercises, communicating effectively with children, families, and caregivers, and collaborating closely with other professionals in creating holistic care plans. The role also involves consistent documentation, progress monitoring, and tailoring therapies based on the developmental milestones of each child.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Occupational Therapy techniques and methodologies BOT/MOT
- Knowledge in Medicine, Rehabilitation, and treatment planning for developmental needs
- Strong skills and experience in Pediatrics
- Effective Communication abilities for working with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Relevant certifications or licensure in Occupational Therapy
- Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and adaptability
- Prior experience in early childhood education or developmental therapy is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills for maintaining records and tracking progress
