We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist at our Noida location. The role involves assessing and treating children with developmental challenges to improve their motor, sensory, and functional skills. Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams, and tracking progress to ensure outcomes align with treatment goals. This is an on-site position offering opportunities to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children.

• Proficiency in Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Medicine, especially for treating developmental and functional challenges
• Strong understanding of Pediatrics and child development milestones
• Exceptional Communication skills for collaborating with families, colleagues, and other professionals
• Attention to detail, empathy, and a child-centered approach to therapy
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
• Relevant certification and/or licensure as required
• Prior experience working with children with special needs is preferred
