Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role located in Gurugram. The Occupational Therapist will work closely with children to assess their needs, design tailored interventions, and provide therapy to improve their functional abilities. Responsibilities include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining detailed records of patient progress, and working with caregivers to implement strategies for continued improvement. This role involves working with children experiencing challenges related to developmental delays, motor skills, sensory processing, and more.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Occupational Therapy with a focus on pediatrics
• Knowledge of rehabilitation practices and techniques
• Strong communication abilities for interacting with children, families, and colleagues
• Understanding of child development and medical aspects related to the pediatric population
• Compassion, patience, and a passion for supporting children's growth and development
• Experience working with children who have developmental or syndromic conditions
• Relevant certification or degree in Occupational Therapy or an equivalent field
