What we are looking for

Role: Observability engineer

Experience Range: 8 to 10 Years

Location: Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Delhi

Must Have:

• Configure and maintain monitoring alerts across servers, network, applications, and cloud environments
• Develop dashboards and reports for real-time visibility and performance tracking
• Support Metrics, Logs, and Alerts (observability practices) to detect anomalies early
• Continuously tune monitoring thresholds to reduce false positives and alert noise

Good to Have:

• Experience in Monitoring / NOC / Observability roles
• Hands-on experience with Zabbix monitoring tool
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, AppDynamics, ELK, Dynatrace, SolarWinds
• Strong understanding of:
• Server, network, and application monitoring
• Incident management and ticketing tools (ServiceNow/BMC)
• SLA-driven support environments (24×7 operations)

Essential:

• Exposure to SRE concepts (SLI/SLO, reliability engineering)
• Experience with cloud monitoring (Azure/AWS)
• Basic knowledge of scripting (Python/Shell) for automation
• Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practice

Minimum Qualification:

• 15 years of full-time education
• Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
