Observability Engineer IV

Key Deliverables

• Write, test, build, and deploy code to production environments.

• Build and improve automated CI/CD processes for better software deployment.

• Develop and manage cloud infrastructure using infrastructure as code.

• Create and manage observability metrics, events, logs, and traces for system monitoring.

Role Responsibilities

• Diagnose and debug system issues, collaborating with teams to resolve problems.

• Work with cloud service providers (GCP, Azure) to ensure high availability and scalability.

• Implement observability tools like Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and Prometheus.

• Participate in Agile development processes, ensuring smooth cross-team communication and collaboration.
