Observability Engineer HCL CTH Vikas

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system high availability, reliability, and performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, and reports to provide actionable insights into system behavior and operational health.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues using analytical and problem-solving techniques.
• Develop and implement automation scripts to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Monitor cloud-based environments and optimize observability practices across systems and applications.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to monitoring, logging, and incident response processes.
