Observability Engineer HCL CTH Vikas

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain monitoring tools to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of manufacturing and IT systems.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time system monitoring and operational insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Analyze logs, metrics, and system data to optimize performance and identify potential risks.
• Implement automation scripts and process optimization techniques to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in system monitoring, observability, and engineering standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing and production systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams regarding monitoring, automation, and optimization practices.
