We are seeking an experienced Oracle OAC Implementation Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Analytics Cloud, with a strong background in implementing and managing data analytics solutions using OAC. The consultant will be responsible for leading the implementation, customization, and optimization of Oracle OAC solutions to meet the business intelligence and analytics needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oracle OAC Implementation:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) solutions, including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Configure and customize OAC to meet specific business requirements, including data visualization, reporting, and analytics.
- Data Integration & Management:
- Design and implement data integration strategies to ensure seamless data flow from various sources into Oracle OAC.
- Work with ETL tools and techniques to extract, transform, and load data into OAC.
- Data Modeling & Visualization:
- Develop complex data models and create interactive dashboards and reports using Oracle OAC.
- Provide insights through data visualization to support decision-making processes.
- Performance Optimization:
- Monitor and optimize the performance of OAC solutions, ensuring high availability and responsiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration, performance, and analytics.
- Collaboration & Client Engagement:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders, to deliver tailored OAC solutions.
- Engage with clients to understand their analytics needs and provide expert guidance on best practices and OAC capabilities.
- Training & Documentation:
- Provide training to end-users on how to effectively use Oracle OAC for their analytics and reporting needs.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions, including user guides and technical specifications.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) implementation and management.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Data Visualization, Oracle BI, and other related OAC components.
- Proficient in SQL, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with ETL tools and techniques.
- Solid understanding of cloud architecture and data integration strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle OAC certification is highly desirable.
- Experience with other Oracle Cloud services such as Oracle Autonomous Database or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Knowledge of machine learning and advanced analytics within Oracle OAC.
