OAC BI Consultant with ODI

Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs. May require an advanced degree in a related area and 8+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under minimal supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgement. Primary focus on developing solutions using Oracle's analytics products: Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Data Visualization, OBIEE.

Must possess solid knowledge on OBIEE RPD design, development & deployment.

Must have experience in designing customized interactive dashboards and reports in OBIEE using drill down, prompts, filters, and variables.

Experience in working with session and repository variable and initialization blocks.

Experience on working with report performance optimization.

Good understanding of dimensional data modelling techniques.

Hands-on experience on ODI 12c for analyzing and debugging the Data issues and providing bug fixes in ETL.

Good hands on at SQL queries to debug any data issues and Performance tuning.
