o9 Senior Functional Consultant

Relevant Experience: 3+ years in Supply Chain Planning / o9

Role Overview

We are looking for an o9 Senior Functional Consultant with strong experience in Supply Chain Planning and o9 implementation.

The candidate will work with clients to understand business requirements, design and implement supply chain planning solutions, drive project delivery, and provide functional expertise across supply chain planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver o9 Supply Chain Planning implementations across industries and geographies.
• Work with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Provide functional expertise across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Planning, Replenishment, MRP, Distribution Planning and Network Optimization.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, stakeholders and client expectations.
• Lead and mentor consultants working across multiple projects.
• Guide clients on supply chain best practices and process improvements.
• Work with cross-functional teams, vendors and client stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Bring structure to complex and ambiguous business problems.
• Support solution design, pre-sales activities and development of reusable supply chain assets.
• Ensure high-quality delivery and successful adoption of implemented solutions.

Required Skills

• Hands-on o9 implementation experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes.
• 3+ years of relevant consulting/implementation experience; 5+ years of Supply Chain Planning experience preferred.
• Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Planning or related supply chain processes.
• Strong functional and business-process understanding.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Experience leading projects or teams is preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python or R is an added advantage.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience in o9 Solutions implementation, Supply Chain Consulting, Supply Chain Planning transformation, functional consulting or planning technology implementations will be preferred.
