  • Basic Knowledge of Exchange online admin portal
  • Email log analysis & release from quarantine
  • Monitor & apply Exchange online license
  • Manage internal/external email restrictions
  • Support for Azure Multifactor authenticator
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, word, etc)
  • Basic Knowledge of Azure Portal
  • Good communication skills while interacting with users
  • Ready to learn & provide basic support to tools used at customer site.
