The OTC Operations Specialist/Executive will manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle, ensuring timely collections, accurate order processing, and seamless billing. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Drive timely and efficient collections, manage aging reports, and resolve payment discrepancies.
Validate, process, and monitor customer orders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Execute billing cycles, manage churn processes, and ensure accurate invoicing.
Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing queries and resolving disputes promptly.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and provide accurate reporting on OTC metrics.
Required Skills & Competencies
Collections (primary skill)
Order Management, Billing & Cancellations
Proficiency in ERP systems (added advantage if worked with Salesforce and/or Zuora)
MS Excel and reporting tools (MS Office)
Language proficiency – Advanced English to manage global client relationship
Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management
Basic AI and automation skills (e.g., familiarity with AI-driven analytics, Robotic Process Automation tools)
Experience
4-6 years in OTC operations or related finance processes.
Exposure to global operations
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
