About The Role
We are seeking an O2C Executive Cash Applications professional to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable and Cash Application processes using ERP tools like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite. You will ensure accurate posting of customer receipts, efficient reconciliation, and timely resolution of discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and apply customer payments (ACH, Wire, Cheque, NEFT, RTGS) in ERP systems.
- Post daily receipts and allocate against correct invoices.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage unapplied/unidentified cash.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies (short/over payments, deductions).
- Collaborate with Collections and Billing teams for remittance details.
- Maintain AR ledgers and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Prepare daily/monthly cash application reports and dashboards .
- Support month-end closing and audit preparation.
- Identify and suggest process improvements for efficiency.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Order to Cash (O2C) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Proficient in Cash Application / Payment Posting .
- Experience with ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, or Tally).
- Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
