• Knowledge of general accounting , basic accounting , terminologies from B.com brief knowledge about OTC process
• Perform data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools
- Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist inidentifying, assessing and resolving issues/problems.
- Assess and resolvenon-standard and standard issues or problems.
- Seek advice and escalateissues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work.
- Ability to multitask and work with multiple tools in order to provide the best resolution.
- Comfortable working from office.
