Sakhamuri Group is expanding its Solar Power business and is looking for talented and experienced professionals to join our team.

1. O&M In-Charge – Solar

Location: 39 MW O&M Plant, Telangana - Site Based

Experience: 5+ Years

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma – Electrical / EEE

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day Solar Plant O&M activities

• Monitor plant generation, PR and equipment performance

• Lead O&M teams and coordinate with technicians/contractors

• Handle preventive & corrective maintenance

• Troubleshoot PV, inverter, HT/LT, transformer and SCADA-related issues

• Prepare plant performance and maintenance reports

• Ensure safety, quality and plant availability

2. Civil Designer – Solar Projects

Location: Hyderabad – Head Office

Experience: 2+ Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech – Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare civil layouts and detailed drawings for Solar PV projects

• Prepare foundation, road, drainage and other civil drawings

•Prepare civil work costing, BOQ and quantity estimates

• Coordinate with structural, electrical and project teams

• Develop and maintain project drawings using AutoCAD

• Provide design support for project execution

3. Electrical Engineers – Solar Projects

Location: Anywhere in India

Experience: 0–2 Years

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. – Electrical / EEE

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Solar EPC project execution

• Assist in installation, testing and commissioning

• Support DC/AC electrical works and equipment installation

• Assist with inverter, transformer and HT/LT panel activities

• Coordinate with site teams and contractors

• Prepare daily progress and project reports

• Follow electrical safety and quality standards
