We are seeking a motivated O&M Engineer (Service Engineer) to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of our equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of operational equipment.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new systems and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during operations.
- Document all maintenance activities and service reports in detail.
- Provide technical support and training to customers and junior staff as required.
- Work closely with the engineering team to improve system performance and reliability.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
- Strong understanding of operational and maintenance processes.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Basic knowledge of power generation and distribution systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for equipment analysis.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
