NX CAM Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities :

· NX CAM Tool hands on Experience as CAM Engineer

· 4 to 8 Years of manufacturing engineering experience, current technical Skills in Manufacturing environment with CNC Shop floor experience.

· Candidate should be well Versed in CNC cycle programming, Manual programming, wire edm, grinding ,tooling etc.

· Required Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc controller programming and machining experience.

· Knowledge in PDM-Team center environment.

· Excellent problem solving and project management skills.

· Ability to work well in fast paced , dynamic environment.

· Analytical skill to provide technical solution in machining domain.

· Excellent verbal and written communication in English

· Proficiency in collaborating with global teams

· Adaptability to work effectively under pressure

Jobs and responsibilities are detailed below:

· Creation of CAM resources (tools, clamping devices,etc).

· Troubleshooting software to identity issues through analysis of software logs , System logs,etc.

· Provide engineering solution to the product group to resolve manufacturing problems.

· Validate the NC Program in real time virtual simulation software (CSE).

· Provide the required technical guidance to the team members for executing the Projects.

· Working or experience with NX Post development would be added advantage.

Qualifications

Educational qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech

Experience : 4-8yrs

Mandatory/requires Skills : CAM manufacturing

Preferred Skills : advantage (optional): Linux System Administrator experience
