Required Qualifications And Experience
- 45 years of hands-on experience working with core NX skills, including practical exposure to recent NX releases.
- Proven experience in creating training content tailored to customer-specific requirements, with demonstrated skills in developing and delivering training videos or presentations for a global audience.
- Knowledge of instructional design concepts for course content development.
- Fluent in English, with good verbal and written communication skills .
- Engineering degree from an accredited university or technical college (or equivalent).

Essential Skills
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in using multimedia editing tools such as: Camtasia, Audiate, Audacity and other video/audio/movie editing software.
- Experience engaging with diverse stakeholders across various modules to gather requirements, discuss objectives, and develop execution plans in alignment with project milestones.
- Ability to work independently, manage tasks autonomously, and demonstrate proactive problem-solving in dynamic environments.
- Familiarity with the IXIA/SXA (MadCap IXIA CCMS) tool and with DITA architecture/tags for content creation.
Desirable/Optional Skills
Desired skills
- Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools such as Active Workspace or Teamcenter would be considered an asset.
- Experience in additional engineering domains, such as Electrical CAD (Capital), PCB Design (Xpedition), P&ID diagramming, or similar fields, would be considered an asset.
- Basic experience or exposure to CAE areas and/or other FEM tools like Simcenter or Amesim is an added value.
