We are seeking an experienced NVOCC Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in freight forwarding and logistics, with extensive experience managing NVOCC operations. Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee NVOCC operations including freight forwarding and logistics services.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, agents, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners to grow the business.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and documentation requirements.
- Analyze market trends and provide recommendations for service improvement.
- Assist in pricing strategies and negotiation with carriers and suppliers.
- Monitor shipment statuses and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
Skills and Qualifications
- 10-20 years of experience in NVOCC or freight forwarding operations.
- Strong understanding of shipping regulations and documentation.
