Job Description
- Assessment: Evaluate the client's health history, current diet, lifestyle, medical conditions, and allergies
- Goal Setting: Set realistic goals with the client (weight loss, weight gain, muscle building, or managing a condition)
- Body Measurements: Track parameters such as weight, BMI, body fat, and waist circumference
- Personalized Diet Plan: Create a custom diet chart based on the client's needs, preferences, budget, and culture
- Calorie Macro Planning: Determine the right daily balance of calories, protein, carbs, fats, and micronutrients
- Meal Planning Guidance: Give clear direction on what to eat, how much, and when
- Medical Nutrition Therapy: Modify diets for conditions like diabetes, thyroid disorders,
- PCOS, hypertension, and high cholesterol (in coordination with the client's doctor)
- Supplement Advice: Recommend vitamins or supplements when necessary
- Education Awareness: Teach the client about food labels, portion control, and healthy eating habits
- Behavior Habit Change: Address emotional eating, junk food cravings, and irregular eating patterns
- Hydration Lifestyle Guidance: Advise on water intake, sleep, exercise, and stress management
- Progress Monitoring: Conduct regular follow-ups to track progress
- Plan Adjustment: Update or modify the diet plan based on results
- Motivation Support: Keep the client consistent and support them through challenges
- Record Keeping: Maintain proper records of reports, diet logs, and progress
- Confidentiality: Keep the client's personal and health information private.
