About the Role

We are looking for a Nutrition Team Lead who is passionate about improving client outcomes through operational excellence, team leadership, and continuous product improvement. This role is responsible for managing a team of nutrition coaches, driving revenue, ensuring high-quality client service, tracking key performance metrics, and driving initiatives that enhance the overall client journey.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & People Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Nutrition Coaches.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Drive team engagement, motivation, and continuous learning.
  • Identify coaching gaps and implement improvement plans.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new nutrition coaches.

Product Ownership & Revenue Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue, including expired client reactivation, pack renewals, and continuity program conversions etc.,
  • Take end-to-end ownership of the nutrition-led product journey, from onboarding and engagement to retention, renewal, referral generation, and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and drive key business metrics including active users, program adoption, weight-loss outcomes, coach productivity, renewal %, referral conversions, and overall revenue contribution of the nutrition function.
  • Partner with Product, Growth, Sales, Service Ops, and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities that improve user experience, retention, upsell, and monetization.
  • Develop and execute revenue growth initiatives such as renewal campaigns, nutrition consult conversions, referral programs, add-on service adoption, and targeted retention interventions for at-risk clients.
  • Analyze client behavior, cohort performance, churn reasons, renewal trends, referral performance, and revenue leakage points to identify actionable opportunities for business growth.
  • Drive data-backed decision making by reviewing dashboards, funnel metrics, customer feedback, NPS insights, and operational performance to improve both client outcomes and commercial performance.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly business reviews covering retention, referrals, renewals, program adoption, revenue performance, cohort trends, and ROI of nutrition-led initiatives, along with clear action plans and ownership trackers.

Service Delivery & Performance Management

Own and monitor key service metrics including:

  • Client weight loss outcomes
  • Coach connect adherence
  • Client progress tracking
  • Meal plan completion
  • Client retention
  • NPS and client satisfaction
  • Coach productivity and quality metrics
  • Analyze performance trends and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and adherence to client protocols.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and feedback sessions.

Product & Client Journey Ownership

  • Oversee the complete client journey from onboarding to program completion.
  • Identify client pain points and recommend improvements.
  • Connect with any escalated clients to provide feedback and close tickets timely.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Tech teams to improve the nutrition experience.
  • Drive implementation of new features, workflows, and nutrition initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency across all client touchpoints.

Process Improvement & Innovation

  • Lead new nutrition initiatives to improve engagement and retention.
  • Develop and optimize SOPs for the nutrition team.
  • Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in pilot programs and product testing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition & Dietetics, Clinical Nutrition, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in nutrition coaching or healthcare operations.
  • Minimum 2 years of team handling experience preferred.
