About The Role
This is a field role focused on ethical engagement with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) to share scientific, evidence‑based information on infant nutrition and Nestlés Infant Nutrition portfolio. The role requires clear and compliant communication of product features, advantages and benefits, and their appropriate use—strictly within Nestlés Code of Ethics, company instructions, and the Indian Code. The role consistently upholds the principle that mother's milk is best for babies.
Job Description (Key Responsibilities)
- Ethically promote Nestlés Infant Nutrition products to HCPs by clearly communicating product features, advantages, benefits and appropriate use, in line with company Code of Ethics and the Indian Code; reinforce that mother's milk is best for babies.
- Ensure recommendations for the Nestlé Nutrition product range remain within the scope of the Indian Code; detail against homemade paps and bovine milk as appropriate.
- Serve as a reliable source of information on infant nutrition and infant feeding practices for HCPs.
- Plan and execute high‑quality scientific detailing, CMEs/symposiums and other scientific activities as per company guidelines.
- Map and segment HCPs in the assigned territory; develop and execute an effective coverage plan and call cycle.
- Maintain accurate records of HCP interactions, feedback, and scientific events; provide timely reports as per guidance.
- Identify opportunities and potential within the territory and contribute inputs to drive demand generation activities within compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure availability of compliant scientific materials and support tools for field execution.
Qualifications
- Graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a field sales role in either a Nutrition company or the pharmaceutical industry.
- High level of integrity and honesty; hardworking, self‑motivated, and passionate about enhancing quality of life and contributing to a healthier future.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong, sustainable relationships with stakeholders.
- High learning agility; trustworthy and able to work independently within company policies and guidelines.
