Nutrition Consultant (Heath Coach)

As a Health Coach, you will work closely with clients to guide them through personalized health journeys, ensuring accountability, consistency, and measurable results. This is a high-impact, client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives on outcomes and meaningful transformations.

• Guide clients through structured health and lifestyle transformation programs
• Build personalized plans based on client goals, health conditions, and progress
• Track client performance and ensure consistent engagement and accountability
• Provide regular feedback, motivation, and behavioral coaching
• Monitor progress and drive measurable results within defined timelines
• Maintain accurate client records and reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve client outcomes and experience

• Strong passion for health, fitness, and wellness coaching
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High ownership and accountability for client results
• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

• Fixed Salary: ₹25,000/month
• Performance Incentives:
• ₹500 per client (initial phase)
• ₹750 per client (growth phase)
• ₹1000 per client (mature phase, performance-based payouts)

• Location: Remote (Work from anywhere in India)
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
• Weekly Off: Sunday
