About the Role

FYTIKA Healthcare Products LLP is looking for a qualified and passionate Dietician / Nutritionist to join our team and help customers achieve their health and wellness goals through personalised nutrition guidance. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, preparing personalised diet plans, recommending suitable FYTIKA products and maintaining regular follow-ups to support customer progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with customers to understand their dietary requirements, lifestyle, fitness goals and health objectives.

• Prepare personalised diet and nutrition plans based on individual customer requirements.

• Recommend appropriate FYTIKA products as part of personalised nutrition plans, wherever relevant.

• Explain the correct usage, benefits and nutritional aspects of FYTIKA products to customers.

• Handle and resolve customer nutrition and diet-related queries through calls, WhatsApp or other communication channels.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to monitor their progress, adherence and overall experience.

• Modify and update diet plans based on customer feedback, progress and changing requirements.

• Coordinate with the telecalling/customer support team to ensure smooth customer communication and follow-up.

• Maintain proper records of customer consultations, diet plans, follow-ups and progress.

• Provide practical guidance regarding meals, portion control, nutrition, hydration and healthy lifestyle habits.

• Support the team in developing nutrition-related content for social media, website, blogs, product pages and other digital platforms.

• Assist in creating educational content such as diet tips, nutrition posts, FAQs, reels/scripts and health-related content.

• Provide nutritional inputs for FYTIKA product communication, website content and marketing materials.

• Ensure that all nutrition-related information shared with customers and in content is accurate, responsible and aligned with FYTIKA's brand guidelines.

• Work closely with the marketing and content team to create meaningful health and wellness content.

• Stay updated with current nutrition trends, dietary practices and developments in the health and wellness industry.

Who Are We Looking For

• Degree/Diploma in Nutrition & Dietetics, Food & Nutrition, Clinical Nutrition or a related field.

• Relevant experience as a Dietician / Nutritionist / Wellness Consultant will be preferred.

• Strong understanding of basic nutrition, meal planning and dietary requirements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to understand customer needs and provide practical, personalised guidance.

• Good counselling and follow-up skills.

• Comfortable communicating with customers over calls and WhatsApp.

• Strong written communication skills for nutrition-related content.

• Ability to work collaboratively with HR, customer support, marketing and content teams.

• Experience in healthcare, wellness, nutraceuticals, FMCG or D2C brands will be an advantage.
