Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Nutraceutical Production Chemist role based in Baddi. The Nutraceutical Production Chemist will oversee day-to-day production activities, including batch processing, in-process quality checks, and adherence to standard operating procedures for nutraceutical formulations. The role involves monitoring equipment performance, supporting scale-up of new formulations, maintaining accurate production records, and ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory guidelines. The individual will collaborate with quality assurance, R&D, and maintenance teams to resolve process issues, optimize yields, and uphold safety and hygiene standards in the manufacturing area. The chemist will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support validation, stability studies, and documentation required for audits.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong knowledge of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical manufacturing processes, especially oral solid dosage forms and Beta-Lactam/Cephalosporin handling.
• Candidates should possess skills in analytical techniques, in-process testing, and basic laboratory procedures relevant to production environments.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with GMP, GLP, regulatory standards, and documentation practices for compliant manufacturing operations.
• Candidates should possess abilities in process optimization, troubleshooting, and working with cross-functional teams in a production setting.
• Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow SOPs and safety protocols consistently.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline is preferred; experience in nutraceutical or pharmaceutical production will be an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Baddi, adapt to shift-based operations if required, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
