Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursing Tutor based in Kolkata. The Nursing Tutor will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing education, conducting interactive lectures, and providing personalized tutoring sessions for students. Daily tasks include creating lesson plans, mentoring students, conducting practical demonstrations, and assessing students progress in theoretical and clinical learning. The role also involves collaborating with the faculty team to ensure curriculum standards are met.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Nursing, Nursing Education, and clinical practices
- Experience in Tutoring and Lecturing with a focus on interactive teaching techniques
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with students effectively
- A passion for teaching and mentoring students in the healthcare field
- Relevant educational qualifications, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing
- Prior teaching experience in a professional nursing program is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively in an academic environment
