This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar for the position of Nursing Tutor at IPSM. The Nursing Tutor will be responsible for delivering lectures, providing tutoring to nursing students, and designing educational materials that align with course objectives. The role involves mentoring students, assessing their performance, and contributing to a supportive learning environment. Additionally, the tutor will assist in developing and updating nursing curriculum to ensure quality education standards are met.

• Strong proficiency in Nursing and Nursing Education, with practical knowledge and expertise in the field.
• Experience in Tutoring and Lecturing, with the ability to facilitate engaging and informative learning sessions.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the capacity to explain concepts clearly and foster an inclusive learning environment.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and mentor students, fostering academic and professional growth.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in Nursing or a related field is required.
• Prior experience in teaching or training nursing students is highly desirable.
