About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Malayalam speaking Nursing Trainer to develop and deliver high-quality preparation programs for nurses seeking GCC nursing licensure, including DHA (Dubai), DOH/HAAD (Abu Dhabi), MOH UAE, Saudi Prometric, Qatar Prometric, and Oman Prometric examinations.

The ideal candidate should have relevant nursing teaching/training experience, strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain complex nursing concepts clearly in Malayalam.

Key Responsibilities

•Follow and effectively deliver the established academic curriculum and training modules.

* Identify high-yield topics based on relevant licensing exam requirements.

* Record structured, topic-wise lectures for nursing candidates.

* Deliver clear and exam-oriented training, including bilingual Malayalam-English content where required.

•Support the development of CPD/CME training programs.

•Marketing & Brand Development through Recorded Educational Content

* Participate in educational videos, podcasts, webinars, and clinical awareness sessions.

* Support nursing education initiatives and faculty-led content.

* Identify high-yield topics based on relevant licensing exam requirements.

•Record structured modules topic-wise.
