Job Description

  • Department Oversight: Supervise the performance of the Nursing Department in compliance with JCI/NIAHO guidelines.
  • Operations & Administration: Manage daily nursing operations, coordination, and administrative tasks.
  • Leadership & Staff Development: Mentor nursing staff, promote professional growth, and foster a supportive work environment.
  • Policy Development: Design and implement nursing policies focused on patient care and staff retention.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and doctors to maintain high standards of nursing care.
  • Training & Education: Plan and develop training modules and staff development programs for nurses.
  • Internal Audits & Compliance: Conduct audits as per ISO, JCI, and NIAHO guidelines to ensure quality standards.
  • Budgeting & Resource Management: Assist in nursing department budget planning and fiscal management.
  • Professional Engagement: Stay updated with current nursing trends and participate in professional nursing organizations.
