Role Description:

The IVF Nurse is responsible for providing specialized nursing care to patients undergoing fertility treatments. This role involves supporting patients emotionally and clinically throughout the IVF process, coordinating treatment plans, and ensuring accurate execution of medical protocols. The IVF Nurse works closely with fertility specialists, embryologists, and the clinical team to deliver safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in IVF procedures ensuring a sterile environment.
• Prepare and maintain operating rooms, including equipment and supplies for IVF treatments.
• Monitor patient vitals and provide pre- and post-operative care.
• Coordinate with doctors and embryologists during procedures.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with a valid license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an operating room or IVF clinic setting.
• Strong knowledge of IVF procedures and sterile techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
