What You'll Do
- Review and evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy, safety, and alignment with real-world nursing workflows
- Apply your EHR knowledge (Epic, Cerner, or similar) to assess how well AI understands clinical documentation and health information systems
- Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic outputs in AI responses related to nursing practice and informatics
- Provide structured, expert feedback to help AI developers improve model quality and clinical relevance
- Translate frontline nursing experience into actionable insights that enhance AI performance in healthcare contexts
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with hands-on patient care experience
- Familiarity with clinical informatics, health IT, or EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar)
- Comfortable analyzing clinical workflows and identifying documentation inefficiencies or inaccuracies
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- No prior AI experience required — your clinical expertise is what matters
Nice to Have
- Formal background or certification in nursing informatics (e.g., ANCC Informatics Nursing certification)
- Experience with data annotation, quality review, or clinical decision support tools
- Familiarity with clinical data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD coding)
- Experience in quality improvement, care coordination, or clinical education
