- Apply your clinical expertise to evaluate AI-generated healthcare content, workflows, and documentation for accuracy and real-world relevance
- Review and assess how well AI systems understand nursing processes, EHR interactions, and clinical decision-making
- Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic outputs in AI-generated clinical scenarios and suggest improvements
- Translate nursing workflows and informatics knowledge into structured, actionable feedback for AI development teams
- Analyze clinical data representations and flag inaccuracies in how AI interprets or presents health information
- Work independently and asynchronously — on a schedule that fits your life
- Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical professional with hands-on patient care experience
- Familiar with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
- Experience in clinical informatics, health IT, or clinical documentation workflows
- Strong analytical thinker who can evaluate clinical accuracy and system logic
- Clear written communicator who can provide detailed, structured feedback
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments
- Prior experience in nursing informatics, health IT implementation, or clinical systems optimization
- Background in data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with AI tools or interest in how technology is transforming healthcare
- Certifications in informatics (e.g., ANCC Nursing Informatics Certification)
