Urgent Hiring – Nurse In-Charge

Location: Tezpur, Assam

Position: Nurse In-Charge

Qualification: B.Sc Nursing / GNM

Experience: 5+ Years of relevant nursing experience preferred, with prior experience in a supervisory/in-charge role.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall supervision and management of nursing services.
• Coordinate daily nursing operations and staff deployment.
• Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate nursing coverage.
• Supervise staff nurses and monitor their performance.
• Ensure proper patient care, medication administration and nursing procedures.
• Maintain nursing records, documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with doctors and other hospital departments.
• Ensure compliance with hospital nursing protocols and infection-control practices.
• Handle nursing-related emergencies and operational issues.
• Conduct regular rounds and ensure quality standards are maintained.
  
  

Candidate Profile

• B.Sc Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.
• Valid nursing registration.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Experience handling nursing staff and hospital operations.
• Candidates with previous Nurse In-Charge/Senior Nursing Supervisor experience will be preferred.
