Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic Nursing graduates who are interested in building a career in the Healthcare BPO and Medical Coding industry. Candidates will be responsible for reviewing patient medical records and assigning accurate medical codes using ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines after successful training.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review patient medical records, physician notes, laboratory reports, and discharge summaries.
• Understand clinical documentation and identify relevant diagnoses and procedures.
• Assign appropriate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on documentation.
• Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards as per client requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training and certification programs.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient data confidentiality.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, and Medical Terminology.
