Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM / M.Sc. Nursing / Other Nursing Degrees

Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year (preferred)

Job Summary

The candidate will review patient medical records and assign accurate diagnostic and procedural codes using standardized coding systems while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review patient medical records and clinical documentation.
• Maintain productivity and quality targets.
• Identify and clarify incomplete or inconsistent clinical documentation when required.
• Stay updated on coding standards, healthcare regulations, and payer guidelines.
• Collaborate with quality and audit teams to improve coding accuracy.

Eligibility

• B.Sc. Nursing, GNM, M.Sc. Nursing, or equivalent nursing qualification.
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to undergo training in medical coding.
