Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Nursing Government Exam Faculty to prepare students for competitive nursing examinations such as AIIMS NORCET, RRB Nursing, ESIC, DSSSB, and State Government Nursing Exams.
The faculty will be responsible for delivering exam-focused lectures, simplifying complex nursing concepts, and guiding students through MCQs, previous year questions, and mock tests.
The role requires developing updated study material, conducting regular assessments, analyzing student performance, clearing doubts, and mentoring students with effective study and exam strategies. The faculty should maintain classroom discipline, motivate students, and uphold the academic standards and reputation of the institute.
Key Requirements:
Strong command over core nursing subjects, thorough understanding of government exam patterns,excellent teaching and communication skills, and the ability to explain concepts in a simple and exam- oriented manner. Candidates should hold a B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing / GNM qualification, with prior teaching or competitive exam preparation experience preferred.
