Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Team Lead. The Team Lead will oversee team operations, delegate tasks, and ensure that goals and deadlines are met efficiently. Responsibilities include mentoring and coaching team members, monitoring performance metrics, and establishing best practices to maintain high standards. Additionally, the Team Lead will facilitate communication, problem-solve challenges within the team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.

• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques
• Understanding of performance metrics and goal-setting
• Ability to work remotely and independently, while fostering teamwork
• Adaptability to dynamic environments and cross-functional collaboration
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Prior experience in leading teams or managing projects is a strong advantage
