Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Recruiter. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates through diverse channels, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. The role also involves coordinating the hiring process with hiring managers, maintaining candidate databases, and assisting in the organization of recruitment events. Collaboration with the HR team to refine recruitment strategies is an essential part of the job.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in candidate sourcing and resume screening
  • Experience in conducting initial interviews and assessing candidates
  • Familiarity with maintaining candidate databases and using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of recruitment trends and best practices
  • Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
