Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Nurse at Upkar Hospital, located in Varanasi. The Nurse will provide high-quality patient care, monitor patient health, administer medications, manage medical equipment, and collaborate with healthcare professionals. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records, educating patients and families about health management, and ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.
Qualifications
- Strong patient care and medical assistance skills, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs
- Familiarity with medical equipment and proficiency in maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Knowledge of infection control procedures and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Relevant nursing certification or degree from a recognized institution (e.g., B.Sc. in Nursing or GNM)
- Prior nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred
- Ability to handle urgent and emergency situations with calmness and efficiency
