Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nurse/Receptionist at Mediva+ Kids & Orthopaedic Clinic, located in Navi Mumbai. Responsibilities include assisting in patient care such as basic medical procedures, managing the front desk, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate patient records, and providing compassionate support to patients and families. The individual in this role will act as a bridge between patients and medical staff, ensuring a smooth and welcoming clinic experience while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in patient care, including basic nursing practices and medical support.
• Experience with administrative tasks, including scheduling, record management, and managing phone calls and inquiries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients and their families.
• Familiarity with clinic software and basic computer skills for managing records and patient details.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification or diploma in nursing, medical assistance, or related fields is preferred.
• Experience working in a pediatric or orthopedic healthcare setting is advantageous.
