Nurse - Project Manager will play a dual clinical and managerial role in the NAS Project under the Innovation Hub. The role will be responsible for supporting telemedicine services, supervising field teams, strengthening community healthcare delivery, and ensuring smooth implementation of digital health workflows across intervention villages.
The selected candidate will work closely with Community Health Workers (CHWs), Community Health Assistants (CHAs), doctors, specialists, and project teams to improve access to quality healthcare services in underserved communities.
Requirements
Educational Qualification : GNM/BSc. Nursing, MSW, qualification from a recognized institution, with valid nursing registration.
Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience
- Experience in community/public health programs preferred
- Experience supervising frontline or field teams preferred
- Experience in telemedicine or digital health programs are an added advantage
