About the Role
We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on healthcare, clinical reasoning, patient care, medical documentation, treatment planning, and healthcare decision-making.
In this role, you will review, evaluate, and validate AI-generated healthcare content, clinical scenarios, patient interactions, and medical recommendations to help improve the accuracy, safety, and reliability of AI systems used in healthcare settings.
Your expertise will contribute to enhancing next-generation AI technologies designed for clinical support, patient education, healthcare documentation, medical research, and healthcare workflow optimization.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and review AI-generated healthcare content, clinical responses, and patient care recommendations
- Assess AI-generated outputs for medical accuracy, clinical appropriateness, safety, and adherence to evidence-based practices
- Analyze patient case scenarios and validate diagnostic and treatment-related information
- Identify clinical inaccuracies, omissions, inconsistencies, and potential patient safety concerns in AI-generated content
- Create healthcare-focused evaluation tasks, patient scenarios, and clinical reasoning exercises
- Review peer-developed deliverables to ensure consistency and quality standards
- Support projects involving medical documentation, patient education, healthcare communication, and clinical workflows
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI reasoning, medical knowledge, and healthcare decision-making capabilities
- Contribute domain expertise to the development and evaluation of advanced healthcare AI systems
- Ensure compliance with professional nursing standards and best clinical practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field
- Active Nurse Practitioner certification/licensure (preferred)
- Clinical experience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, emergency care, or related specialties
- Strong understanding of patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and evidence-based clinical practice
- Experience reviewing medical documentation, patient records, and clinical reports
- Familiarity with healthcare guidelines, protocols, and patient safety standards
- Ability to analyze complex clinical scenarios and provide detailed, structured feedback
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written communication and documentation abilities
- Familiarity with AI, healthcare technology, medical informatics, or AI evaluation workflows is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
