Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Nurse role located in the Greater Indore Area. The Nurse will be responsible for assisting in patient care and management during both medical consultations and procedures. Responsibilities include preparing patients for treatment, administering injections, monitoring patient vitals, mentoring to ensure emotional support, and maintaining a high standard of safety and hygiene throughout clinical operations. The Nurse will also assist with documentation and provide information regarding personalized treatment protocols.

Qualifications

• Clinical skills including patient care, monitoring vitals, and administering medical treatments
• Knowledge in fertility treatments, Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART), and related procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for addressing patient queries and providing emotional support
• Attention to detail and diligence in following clinical protocols and maintaining hygiene standards
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
• Prior experience in fertility or reproductive health is a plus
• Relevant nursing degree or certification with an active license
