Role Description This full-time, on-site Nurse Non Clinical role is based at Cupid Clinics in Vadodara. The nurse will support sexual health services by managing patient flow, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Daily responsibilities include assisting with patient intake and documentation, maintaining medical records, supporting sample collection logistics, and providing clear information on clinic processes while upholding privacy and confidentiality standards. The role also involves collaborating with medical and administrative teams, reinforcing patient education materials, and helping implement clinic protocols and quality standards. The nurse will contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment for all patients.

Qualifications

  • Relevant nursing qualification (e.g., GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, or equivalent) with valid registration as per local regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in clinical or outpatient settings, preferably in sexual health, reproductive health, or related specialties.
  • Strong patient communication and counseling abilities, with a focus on empathy, confidentiality, and non-judgmental care.
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records, handling patient documentation, and following clinical workflows.
  • Comfort working with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ individuals, NRIs, and foreign nationals; cultural sensitivity and inclusiveness.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and follow evidence-based protocols and infection control standards.
  • Basic computer skills for using electronic health records, scheduling systems, and telehealth platforms.
  • Fluency in English and local languages commonly spoken in Vadodara; strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work full time on-site and adapt to a hybrid care model that combines online and offline services.
