Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Trivandrum for a Nursing Manager. The Nursing Manager will oversee nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, adherence to clinical protocols, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include staffing and scheduling, supervising and mentoring nursing teams, implementing training programs, and promoting best practices. The role also includes coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Nursing Management and team leadership
  • In-depth knowledge of Nursing and Critical Care Medicine
  • Strong skills in Patient Care and understanding of medical protocols
  • Background in Medicine to collaborate effectively with medical professionals
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making abilities
  • Current nursing license and relevant certifications
  • Post-graduate degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management is an advantage
  • Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is highly preferred
