Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care including assessment, monitoring, and treatment
Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors
Monitor vital signs and patient condition regularly
Assist doctors during medical procedures and examinations
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation
Ensure patient safety, hygiene, and comfort
Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health care
Follow hospital policies, nursing standards, and medical protocols
Handle emergency situations and provide first aid or life support
Prepare and maintain medical equipment and supplies
Ensure infection control and follow sterilization procedures
Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and other healthcare staff
Support patients emotionally and provide compassionate care
Assist in discharge planning and follow-up care
