Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Nurse role located in Ramapuram. The Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, including assessing patient needs, providing medical assistance, and administering prescribed treatments. The role also includes maintaining accurate medical records, collaborating with healthcare teams, and providing health education to patients and their families. Ensuring compliance with medical policies and ethical standards is integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in patient care, including assessing, monitoring, and managing patient health
- Knowledge of medical treatments, medication administration, and emergency response
- Strong documentation skills and experience with maintaining accurate medical records
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients and coordinate with healthcare teams
- Understanding and compliance with medical ethics and safety protocols
- Active nursing license and relevant professional certifications
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site healthcare environment
