Job Description

Core Responsibilities

•  To initiate TNI on an annual basis and prepare the training calendar based on the same.

•  To train all the new joiners in the department of Nursing on NIP.

•  To train all the nurses as per the training calendar.

•  To take OJT and classroom training of the nursing department.

•  To be responsible for the evaluation of training data and feedback analysis.

•  To maintain the data/ training records.

•   To ensure 70% of the unique coverage of the nursing staff members.

•   100% accuracy in data management and analysis.

•   Optimum resource utilization.
