Job Description
Assess staff development needs and nursing practices in various departments.
Conduct induction and orientation programs for newly joined nursing staff.
Plan and organize in-service education and training programs.
Provide bedside, clinical, and hands-on training to improve patient care quality.
Supervise nursing staff and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
Arrange training sessions with external faculty and agencies.
Update SOPs and encourage clinical research activities.
Maintain training records, attendance, evaluations, and reports to the Nursing Superintendent.
