The Nurse Educator will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing education and training programs to enhance clinical competency and quality of care.

• Conduct orientation and ongoing training programs for nursing staff
• Assess training needs and develop educational materials
• Support competency assessments and skill development
• Assist in quality improvement initiatives and accreditation activities
• Maintain training records and documentation

• B.Sc Nursing or M.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience
• Teaching or training experience preferred
• Good communication and presentation skills
